POUND CLASS:
WHAT IS POUND? POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement
AMPD BURN:
AMPD Burn is our spin on barre inspired formats. And it lives up to its name! Making sure we take a cue from our inner ballerina, and then adding some motivating music, is the perfect combo for the best class.
Participants will be required to bring their own Yoga Mat!
