4PM-5PM: Foundational Engineering (Grades K-2)
Does your little learner love to tinker and create new things, or are they the kind of learner who likes to break things apart to see what’s inside? If so, they’re going to love Snapology’s Foundational Engineering: Machines and Contraptions program! This program gives your student the tools they need to understand mechanical movement and the importance of simple machines. They will see these moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines and contraptions, then use the models to develop new design ideas, test out physics concepts, and even play games with their partners and classmates. Whether they are the creative-constructive type or prefer the inquisitive-deconstructive way of learning, this program is sure to spark their engineering interests!
5:15PM-6:15PM: Amusement Park Engineering (Grades 2-5)
Design your own amusement park in this super fun program! Learn how to use LEGO® bricks and other building materials to make coasters and other awesome rides. Can you design the next Disney World?
January 8th - February 12th
4:15p-5:15p: Super Structures (Ages 6-12)
Students will learn the engineering secrets behind the world’s most amazing buildings, bridges, towers, and other architectural marvels. Using LEGO® bricks and other materials, young engineers will explore balance, stability, and design while tackling exciting structural challenges.
5:25p-6:35p: Mining and Building (Ages 6-12)
Adventure awaits in Snapology’s Mining and Building program! Inspired by Minecraft®, students will bring their virtual worlds to life as they build incredible structures, create landscapes, and explore engineering concepts using LEGO® bricks. They’ll learn about resource management, teamwork, and creativity while completing fun, screen-free building challenges — the perfect mix of imagination, construction, and STEM learning!
March 5th - April 9th
4:15p-5:15p: Mega Machines Robotics (Ages 6-12)
Students will design and build exciting motorized machines using LEGO® robotics. They’ll explore how gears, axles, and sensors work together to create moving, working models — from cranes and bulldozers to other powerful vehicles!
5:25p-6:35p: Space Wars Robotics (Ages 6-12)
Students will embark on an intergalactic adventure as they build and program their own robotic characters, starships, and droids inspired by their favorite space sagas. Using LEGO® robotics, they’ll learn coding, engineering, and problem-solving skills while completing fun space-themed challenges — an out-of-this-world experience!
