Kids' Test Kitchen (KTK) is an enrichment program for kids that teaches nutrition and cooking through hands-on, team-based preparation of whole, seasonal foods. Students engage with food in a way that is both educational and fun. Through hands-on experience, kids are taught the value of fresh, healthy ingredients and gain appreciation for the process of transforming those ingredients into a finished product. Each class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation is encouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned at home! Parents report their kids come home from Kids’ Test Kitchen EXCITED about fresh ingredients and new flavors! Reluctant eaters learn that food is safe and fun! And everyone practices essential life skills like teamwork, time management, and patience,along with the obvious skills like slicing, measuring, and cooking!JOIN US AGAIN! Adult Zumba - Zumba Fall Session II
Move, shake, meet friends, and laugh! We have an incredible time at our Zumba Class!Adult Zumba: Is a class designed for ages 18+. These classes are great ways to meet friends in the community, relieve stress, and learn some new moves! Although you may forget at times, these classes are actually a great form of exercise.
