Athletic Republic Norwood and the Canton Recreation Department are partnering to offer on-site adult fitness classes at various locations in Canton. The 60-minute, circuit-style workout will be led by one of Athletic Republic’s trainers and Athletic Republic will provide all equipment necessary (ex: mini bands, medicine balls, super bands, cones, etc.) for each session.
Dates: 3/14 - 5/9 (No Class March 28 and April 18)
