Welcome to Physical Education!
Physical education (PE) classes help students develop physical fitness, motor skills, and knowledge about physical activity and health. PE classes can also help students develop confidence, learn social skills, and create healthy habits that can last a lifetime
Every Saturday morning, participants will begin their session with a ten minute warm up. Then, they will learn and engage in classic physical education games and activities such as relay races, hula hooping, jump roping, capture the flag, four corners, sharks and minnows, and more!
Ages 4-5 Session 1: 9:00-9:50
Ages 4-5 Session 2: 10:00-10:50
Ages 6-7: 11:00-11:50
